Can’t we just get some of those 236 most richest people you mentioned to be streamed live playing a game of poker say 10 of them.. each buying in amounting to the mill… then seeing as they’re all Winners they won’t want to be seen loosing only the winner hands over cash to FBI - to watch this online you have to pay a small fee or donate, generating a little more cash.. any left overs can go to charity of choice.. c’mon that’s an ACE idea..
